The application fee is $45 per adult, and a $200 non-refundable administration fee is due at the time of application. Additionally, Lewis Ridge is proud to accept housing vouchers.

 

While we do not offer short-term rentals, Lewis Ridge provides a transparent fee structure where move-in costs vary based on the specific date, security deposit, and applicable pet fees. If you ever need to break your lease, we require a 20-day written notice and an applicable lease break fee equal to twice the rental rate.

 

Rent at Lewis Ridge does not include utilities, and payments can be conveniently made online via our resident portal or through personal checks, cashier's checks, and money orders. For those who value quick service, maintenance requests can be submitted 24/7 through the portal or by calling the office, with most issues addressed within 24 to 72 hours.

 

Each home at Lewis Ridge includes one free assigned carport, with three additional carports available for rent if needed. We also provide guest parking for your visitors. When you are ready to move out, we require a 20-day written Notice to Vacate and a pre-moveout inspection to ensure a smooth transition.

 

Lewis Ridge is perfectly positioned near various stores, restaurants, and scenic walking trails. We are served by the Vancouver School District and are conveniently located near C-TRAN bus routes. For those traveling further, we are just a short drive from the Portland International Airport.
